Phoebe is a very sweet girl that is good with cats, dogs, and people, from babies to seniors. She is a cuddle bug that loves attention.
She knows several obedience commands, is crate trained and mostly house trained(she gets too excited sometimes.) She is generally a well socialized girl. Good in group settings, but can be reactive on leash.
Phoebe requires a home that can give her all the love and attention she deserves.
